Korean official documents, obtained for you

Some things about a Korean company or building exist only on paper — who owns it, what is mortgaged against it, how much capital was actually paid in. We obtain those documents, have them translated and legalised, and courier the originals to you.

Check the free data first. Trading status, VAT category, e-commerce licence and rough headcount are free on this site from a registration number alone. Documents are the step after that.
Not sure what you need?

Pick what you are trying to do and we will show you the documents it takes and roughly how long it runs. Free, and nothing you click is sent to our server.

How it works
1. Request
Tell us the documents and the target — an address, a company name, a registration number. You get a reference number back.
2. Quote
Government fees are passed through at cost. Our handling, translation, notarisation and courier are quoted against what you actually asked for.
3. Obtain
Documents anyone may obtain, we start on immediately. Where the subject's consent is required, we tell you how to get it.
4. Deliver
Scans first, then the originals by tracked courier if you need them.

Cancelling before we start costs nothing. Where a government fee is not shown on this site, it is because we have not confirmed the published figure — the quote carries the exact amount rather than a guess.

What we do, and what we don't

We obtain, translate, legalise and deliver Korean official documents, and we tell you which document shows what. We report what the public record says — nothing more.

We do not give legal, tax or valuation opinions, file applications with Korean authorities on your behalf, or broker property. Those are restricted to licensed professionals in Korea, and we will introduce you to one rather than overstep. A register extract tells you a mortgage exists; whether the deal is wise is a judgement for your own counsel.

Documents obtained through this service are official issuances of the agency concerned. Summaries we prepare are a convenience, carry no legal force, and do not replace the document itself.
